Equipment parameters:
The system mainly includes the main body of the water tank, circulation pipeline, turbulence suppression system, experimental terrain, etc.
Main body of the water tank: The experimental water tank is 6m long, 3m wide, and 1.4m high. The ultra white glass water tank is 4.5m long, 1.6m wide, and 0.9m high. The glass water tank is 0.4m away from the ground, and both sides are designed with outlet and return water tanks.
Experimental terrain: Use transparent PVC board to create a detachable shrinkage terrain, divide the experimental section into lengths of 2m, widths of 0.7m, and heights of 0.7m, and continuously adjust the flow velocity of the experimental section from 0-0.8m/s.
Circulating pipeline: Adopting a double-sided circulating pipeline design, the return pipeline adopts DN250 pipeline. A single axial flow pump with a flow rate of 600m3/h and equipped with a motor power of 15kW; Install a manual butterfly valve at each outlet of the pipeline water tank, and choose to turn on one or two water pumps according to experimental requirements.
Turbulence reduction system: The rectification section adopts a 3-layer damping mesh design, with the first layer grid aperture of 10mm, the second layer aperture of 8mm, and the third layer aperture of 5mm. Two layers of damping mesh are installed in the outlet and return water tanks to prevent excessive flow velocity and water upwelling.
The equipment size, flow rate range, and experimental terrain can be customized according to requirements.
