Our company has built a physical oceanography laboratory for Tianjin University, which includes two wave experiment tanks and two platform rotation experiments.

One of the wave experiment tanks is 3 meters long and 0.1 meters wide, mainly used for teaching demonstration experiments such as wave element measurement and internal solitary wave generation; The other wave experiment tank is 5.5 meters long and 0.2 meters wide, equipped with a two-dimensional PIV system, mainly used for exploratory experiments such as wave induced flow and wave breaking.

The diameter of both experimental platforms is 1 meter, mainly used for conducting large-scale simulation experiments such as thermal wind simulation, Rossby wave simulation, and western boundary flow. One of them is equipped with a PIV system and can carry out relevant exploratory experiments.
